Welcome to bees in the bay breeze
Hi, I'm Lissu.
I've always been concerned about the welfare of wildlife and nature. When I moved into my current residence 16+ years ago, I finally had the opportunity to create a habitat for native pollinators, planting native and other climate-appropriate flowers and shrubs. Yes, I feel that it's possible for everyone to make a positive difference in our environment.
About 2 decades ago I decided that it was about time that I took better care of my health and started to eat organic, and still do. It just makes so much sense.
I hope you enjoy following my blog, sharing my experiences as an urban organic gardener, observing nature and trying out my recipes.
