Farmers Market bounty

Ah, it's that time of year, when seasonal produce gets to be more interesting, not just cabbages!

The image above is of the produce I bought at the Farmers Market last weekend: red beets, tender and thin raspberry and orange colored carrots, artichokes, sugar snap peas and asparagus.

And what did I make with all of these wonderful vegetables?
