Those rascal Wool Carder Bees


Every day we have Wool Carder Bee Anthidium manicatum visitors in both the front native garden and around the patio. The males are very stout in shape, and constantly in motion, which is why it is difficult to capture them in a photo.

They chase other bees from nectar sources such as the lavender plant in the image above, and even try to look menacing at me. Such funny bees.
