The Meyer Lemon tree is producing a lot of fruit. It looks like it grew quite a bit since a year ago. The organic fertilizer and the rain we are starting to get is really helping the tree.
We are so lucky to have this tree, and share a lot of the lemons with friends.
They are so sweet and juicy.
I'm thinking of making lemon sorbet one of these days.
When I find a good, simple recipe for it I'll post it for you.

There are literally hundreds of lemons on the tree, thanks to pollination by the bees and birds.
