Find the bird!

Sometimes you just have to be very still and look around carefully to observe wildlife.

For example, can you find the house sparrow in the tree in the photo below?

Okay, that was kind of easy, especially since I blew up the image by at least 10 times the actual size. You can see the underside and a wing of the sparrow.

How about this one...

Find the black cat on the fence and the California towhee on the tree branch.

The black cat has its back to the camera, but you can see its left ear. It is sitting on the fence to the left, washing itself. The California towhee is sitting in the apple tree tree on a branch up to the right (almost the same horizontal line as on the telephone pole). The towhee kept an eye on the cat.
